We partnered with our supplier, Printful, to fulfill all of our designs and orders. All of our apparel designs are printed by DTG or Direct to Garment technique.
DTG is a more sustainable fashion business model than screen printing and it avoids overproduction and textile waste. With 92 million tons of textile going to waste in the fashion industry each year, a business model like this helps our planet.
Our designs are printed with Kornit machines, which uses high-quality, eco-friendly water-based vegan inks that they formulate, test, and produce in their own factories. Kornit inks are non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable, and certified with an OEKO-TEX Eco Passport.
I placed an order. Why have I not received a tracking code yet?
This is normal - no sweat! Every order is custom made in-house. A tracking code will not be sent right away. Please allow 3 - 5 days for us to complete your order. Once your order is complete, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you. If you still have questions, please email us at email@example.com!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Shipping and DeliveryWhen will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order and then add shipping time depending on location, but it can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may
continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date
- Contact your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, only domestic orders will be accepted in the United States. International customers will be not able to place the order at checkout. However, we may offer this option in the future.
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer returns and exchanges at this time, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com! Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue.
Note that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [insert your support email here] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
